NEM originated in the early 2000's when a number of inspired thinkers, farmers and scientists decided to challenge the conventional norms of crop production. South Africa's largest tomato grower, ZZ2, started to incorporate biological inputs into its production system at a vast scale as part of its "Natuurboerdery" strategy. Over the years, NEM developed scaled technology for producing high quality, reliable and cost-effective agricultural inputs that work for commercial farmers. Today, NEM offers a growing range of biologically based agricultural inputs, while we continue to research and innovate to bring the best offerings to our customers.
